OT Cybersecurity Solution Architect – Excellent Opportunity for Saudi Nationals

About the role

As an OT Cybersecurity Technical Solution Architect Specialist at Siemens Energy, you will protect mission‑critical systems and national infrastructure. You will work closely with customers to define cybersecurity requirements, design vendor‑agnostic solutions, and ensure successful implementation on tight schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity workshops, risk assessments, and remediation engagements.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, gap analyses, and audits against standards such as NERC CIP, IEC 62443, and NIST SP 800‑82.
• Design and implement security solutions for PLC, DCS, SIS, and SCADA environments, including onsite engineering.
• Provide technical analysis and guidance on industrial control system security trends.
• Collaborate with sales teams to produce proposals, scopes of work, and security roadmaps.
• Work with global cybersecurity teams to tailor product and service offerings for OT environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Instrumentation & Control or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years focused on PLC, DCS, SIS or SCADA systems.
• Proven experience with industrial protocols and OT security standards.
• Familiarity with critical infrastructure regulations in the energy sector.

Required skills

• Industrial protocols: OPC, Modbus TCP, HART, Foundation Fieldbus.
• Control system platforms: PLC, DCS, SIS, SCADA.
• Security technologies: firewalls, IDS/IPS, anti‑virus, SIEM, vulnerability scanners.
• Standards and frameworks: IEC 62443/ISA 99, NIST SP 800‑82, CPNI Good Practice, NERC CIP, TSA SD02C, NIS2.
