OTR Supervisor

About the role

Amazon is looking for an OTR Supervisor to lead safety, quality and operational performance at its Delivery Stations. In this role you will oversee on‑the‑road (OTR) metrics, conduct vehicle safety audits and partner with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage OTR metrics and ensure compliance with Amazon’s processes.
• Conduct regular safety audits of station vehicles and enforce health‑and‑safety standards.
• Facilitate onboarding of external contractors and coordinate daily operations with DSP points of contact.
• Analyze OTR challenges, provide solutions and streamline feedback loops with DSPs.
• Handle incentive management, uniform audits, inventory accuracy and day‑zero attendance.
• Escalate issues to owners and support DSP and Delivery Associate (DA) experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays; ability to work 40 hours/week plus overtime.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand or walk for up to 12‑hour shifts and perform frequent squatting, bending and reaching.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
