OTR Supervisor – Last Mile Delivery Operations

About the role

Amazon is looking for an OTR (On‑The‑Road) Supervisor to lead its last‑mile delivery teams in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure packages reach customers safely, on time, and with Amazon’s high quality standards while promoting a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage Delivery Associates and oversee daily last‑mile delivery operations.
• Monitor and drive On‑The‑Road performance metrics and uphold delivery quality standards.
• Solve real‑time routing, dispatch, and delivery challenges to maintain on‑time performance.
• Improve and streamline OTR processes, reducing delivery defects.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, incentive management, uniform auditing, and daily communications with DSP points of contact.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (reading, writing, speaking).
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays; 40 hours/week with overtime as needed.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and using data analytics to identify problems.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office tools.
