About the role

The Outpatient Clinics Manager will oversee daily operations of Masar’s outpatient services, ensuring high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a specialized addiction rehabilitation center. This full‑time, on‑site position involves managing clinic schedules, supervising staff, coordinating multidisciplinary treatment plans, and optimizing workflows to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee outpatient clinic operations, ensuring efficient daily workflow and high‑quality healthcare services.
• Develop and monitor operational and improvement plans, KPIs, and financial performance.
• Increase revenue and grow services through strategic planning and coordination with relevant departments.
• Optimize clinic capacity, scheduling, and appointment availability to reduce gaps and no‑show rates.
• Monitor patient experience, analyze feedback, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, quality standards, and accreditation requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or a related healthcare/administrative field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in outpatient clinic management or as a Clinic Manager.
• Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate medical and administrative departments, and monitor KPIs.
• Knowledge of healthcare quality standards and accreditation requirements is an advantage.
