About the role

The Outpatient Manager leads the daily operations of the Outpatient Department, ensuring smooth patient flow and high‑quality care delivery. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role balances operational efficiency with patient satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of outpatient clinic operations, optimizing patient flow and service quality.
• Monitor performance metrics such as patient volumes, appointment utilization, waiting times, and key performance indicators.
• Supervise administrative and operational staff, ensuring effective resource use and continuous process improvement.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and relevant regulations.
• Drive initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in outpatient services, healthcare operations, or hospital administration.
• Proven supervisory experience with staff management responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience in a healthcare or hospital setting.
