Overseas Relations & Business Development Specialist

About the role

Fastgate Logistics is seeking an Overseas Relations & Business Development Specialist to expand its international network, build strategic partnerships, and generate new freight forwarding opportunities worldwide. The role combines relationship management with commercial negotiation to support the company’s growth aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents and logistics partners.
• Expand Fastgate’s international network and secure strategic partnerships.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through global agents and freight forwarding networks.
• Negotiate competitive rates for air freight, sea freight (FCL/LCL), and land transportation.
• Collaborate with pricing, sales, and operations teams to deliver effective logistics solutions.
• Manage and follow up on international inquiries from agents and customers.
• Promote Fastgate services in international markets via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
• Participate in logistics exhibitions, networks, and business development activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or international business development.
• Established network of overseas agents and freight forwarders.
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and negotiate rates.
• Excellent English communication skills and a target‑oriented mindset.
