Paralegal – Customer Service & LegalTech (Remote)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and prepare legal agreements tailored to customer needs while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Provide prompt, courteous support via email and online channels, resolving inquiries and guiding users through the platform.
• Assist with technical onboarding, account setup, and integrations with source‑code management tools.
• Answer prospective‑customer questions, helping them understand the platform’s services from the earliest stages.
• Conduct legal research and produce reports based on client‑provided information.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve satisfaction, retention, and overall service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Paralegal, Customer Success, or a client‑facing role.
• Strong attention to detail in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Interest in LegalTech, SaaS solutions, and modern legal workflows.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Analytical thinking, proactive problem‑solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
