Partner Solutions Architect

About the role

Elastic is looking for a Partner Solutions Architect to act as the technical force multiplier across its partner ecosystem. In this pre‑sales position you will enable system integrators, resellers, MSSPs and cloud providers to generate pipeline, close deals and deliver Elastic solutions without direct Elastic involvement.

Key responsibilities

• Generate approved partner‑sourced deal registrations in collaboration with Partner Managers.
• Run partner‑tailored sales playbooks, qualify deal shape, and help partners attach services to increase average deal size.
• Accelerate partner‑led opportunities through hands‑on labs, proofs of concept and joint technical scoping.
• Own technical relationships with partners, building trusted‑advisor status with senior engineers.
• Create and maintain Technical Engagement Plans for each focus partner and conduct quarterly read‑outs.
• Deliver enablement roadmaps – workshops, labs, certifications – to move partners up a technical maturity model.
• Co‑architect solution blueprints and reference architectures, including hyperscaler patterns on AWS, Google Cloud and Azure.
• Produce reusable demos, battlecards and joint reference materials for partner use.

Required profile

• 8+ years in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting or cloud/infrastructure technologies.
• 5+ years of pre‑sales experience in software, preferably partner‑facing (channel, alliances, SI/GSI, MSSP).
• One‑to‑many mindset: able to teach engineers to run demos rather than doing them repeatedly.
• Working knowledge of security operations (SIEM, endpoint, cloud security) and/or observability.
• Understanding of AI and semantic search technologies such as RAG, vector search and NLP.
• Experience architecting or operating solutions on AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure.
• Commercial fluency to discuss deal scope, services, margin and translate technical capability into business value.
• Excellent communication for technical and non‑technical audiences and willingness to travel up to 30%.
