Passenger Service Agent (Airport)

About the role

The Passenger Service Agent ensures a smooth and pleasant experience for airline passengers at the Flynas TIF Station. You will handle check‑in, gate operations, baggage processing and provide assistance to special‑needs travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and clear check‑in counters before and after flights, including signage and stationery.
• Verify travel documents, issue boarding passes, and manage excess‑baggage fees.
• Make public‑address announcements, coordinate boarding, and handle flight irregularities such as delays or cancellations.
• Assist VIPs, unaccompanied minors, wheelchair users and other passengers requiring special assistance.
• Direct passengers through customs, immigration and quarantine as needed.
• Support ramp teams by ensuring wheelchairs, strollers and gate‑checked bags are available for loading and delivery.
• Maintain accurate passenger counts, report missing passengers and coordinate with flight coordinators.

Required profile

• Saudi national with at least a high‑school diploma.
• Previous experience in customer‑facing airport or airline environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, numeracy and ability to follow SOPs.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, and in inclement weather.

Required skills

• Ability to operate airline‑specific reservation and ticketing software.
• Proficiency with standard computer equipment (keyboard, mouse, printers).
