Passenger Service Agent – Airport Operations

About the role

The Passenger Service Agent ensures a smooth and pleasant experience for airline passengers at Dammam Airport. You will handle check‑in, boarding, baggage processing and provide assistance to VIPs and passengers with special needs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and clear check‑in counters before and after flights, including signage and stationery.
• Verify travel documents, check‑in passengers, issue boarding passes and collect excess baggage fees.
• Make public address announcements, coordinate boarding, and manage gate activities.
• Assist customers during flight irregularities such as delays, cancellations or diversions.
• Provide support for unaccompanied minors, VIPs, wheelchair users and other special assistance cases.
• Guide passengers through customs, immigration and quarantine as required.
• Collaborate with ramp teams to ensure wheelchairs, strollers and gate‑checked bags are loaded and delivered correctly.
• Maintain compliance with Swissport and carrier SOPs, protect airline assets and uphold uniform standards.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a high‑school diploma.
• Passionate about customer service and previous relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, numerate and able to follow procedures.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and in inclement weather.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with airline reservation/ticketing software.
• Ability to operate computer keyboards efficiently.
