Passenger Service Agent – Airport Station

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Passenger Service Agent to join the Flynas team at the Abha Airport station. The role involves delivering a seamless travel experience for passengers, from check‑in to boarding, while upholding the airline’s service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and clear check‑in counters before and after flights, ensuring all signage and stationery are in place.
• Welcome passengers at check‑in and other service touch‑points, verify travel documents, and process boarding passes.
• Make public address announcements, manage boarding procedures, and assist with gate activities, including handling VIPs, unaccompanied minors, and passengers requiring wheelchair assistance.
• Support customers during flight irregularities such as delays or cancellations, providing clear communication and solutions.
• Collect and process excess baggage fees, coordinate with the ramp team for wheelchairs and gate‑checked bags, and ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a high‑school diploma.
• Previous experience in customer‑facing or airport services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and the ability to follow established processes.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and in a team, and willing to work in inclement weather.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
