Pastry Chef – Full-time Position in Jubail

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our kitchen in Jubail on a full‑time basis. You will be responsible for creating a wide range of desserts and baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cakes, pastries, cookies, tarts, pies, and other desserts according to standard recipes.
• Produce bread, croissants, and Danish pastries, managing dough mixing, proofing, shaping, and baking.
• Layer, fill, frost, and decorate cakes with basic techniques.
• Temper chocolate and create simple chocolate garnishes.
• Make creams, custards, mousses, ganache, and sauces with accurate weighing and measurement.
• Monitor baking temperatures, timing, and oven operation to ensure consistent results.
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, FIFO, and stock rotation.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and allergen control throughout production.
• Control waste and monitor ingredient costs.
• Handle bulk production while working under pressure.

Required profile

• Relevant pastry chef experience is mandatory.
• Ability to follow standard recipes and maintain consistent quality.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Team‑player with good time‑management.
