Pastry & Chocolate Production Chef – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Pastry & Chocolate Production Chef to lead our fine pastry and bakery operations in Riyadh. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality pastries and chocolate products while ensuring food safety and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute pastry and chocolate recipes according to approved standards.
• Fully oversee pastry, bakery, and chocolate production lines.
• Develop new recipes and products aligned with market trends and brand identity.
• Maintain consistency in quality, taste, and final presentation of all products.
• Manage melting, tempering, filling, packaging, and storage processes for chocolate.
• Monitor daily production and determine required quantities based on sales and orders.
• Train and mentor the team to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene and food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, order raw materials, and minimize waste.
• Ensure proper functioning of equipment, ovens, and chocolate machinery.
• Coordinate with management on cost control and production targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in pastry and chocolate production.
• Proficiency in professional chocolate work, tempering, and decoration techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of mousse, tarts, cakes, pralines, and bonbons.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Leadership and team‑management experience.
• Familiarity with quality and food‑safety systems, preferably HACCP.
• Specialized pastry or chocolate certifications are preferred.
