About the role
The Payments and Bank Transfers Accountant is responsible for processing supplier payments and bank transfers, ensuring all transactions are accurate, reconciled, and properly documented.
Key responsibilities
- Process supplier payments and bank transfers.
- Review payment requests and verify supporting documents and approvals.
- Reconcile bank transfers against approved payment requests.
- Monitor transfer status and follow up on rejected or pending transactions.
- Update payment details and transaction status in the CRM system.
- Prepare periodic reports on completed payments and bank transfers.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and suppliers as needed.
Required profile
- Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
- 2–4 years of experience in payments, accounts payable, supplier payments, or bank transfers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of transactions.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel
- CRM systems
What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from SAR 6,500 to SAR 7,500 per month, based on experience.
