About the role
As Plaza Premium Group expands its operations in Saudi Arabia, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Payroll and Administration Manager to join our growing KSA team. This role offers the chance to shape the payroll function for a fast‑growing organization rather than simply maintaining an established process.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete monthly payroll cycle for 1,000+ employees, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Review and validate payroll inputs, including hires, promotions, salary changes, allowances, deductions, transfers, and terminations.
- Ensure payroll compliance with Saudi Arabian statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Administer and maintain accurate employee payroll and compensation data in Workday.
- Perform monthly payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies before finalisation.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing payroll for large employee bases, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations, GOSI, WPS and related statutory requirements.
- Ability to handle complex payroll calculations and deductions accurately.
