Payroll Specialist

About the role

Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing and processing the company's monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company policies. The role involves maintaining precise payroll records, processing payroll through the SAP system, and coordinating with HR and Finance on payroll‑related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• Review and verify payroll inputs, including salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, leave, and attendance.
• Maintain and update employee payroll data in SAP Payroll / SAP HCM.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports, summaries, and reconciliation statements.
• Handle employee additions, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and terminations in the payroll system.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance departments on payroll‑related issues.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding salaries, deductions, and allowances.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and manage GOSI and other statutory deductions.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required payroll documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Payroll / SAP HCM.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and payroll processes.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
