PDI Foreman – Vehicle Delivery Operations

About the role

The PDI Foreman serves as the single point of contact between customers, the sales team, service operations, administration and OEM partners. You will manage the end‑to‑end Pre‑Delivery Inspection (PDI) process, ensuring vehicles are inspected, prepared, documented and delivered on schedule and to the required standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely, quality completion of PDI activities in line with company and OEM standards.
• Manage PDI job cards, update systems accurately, close cards on time and track parts usage.
• Identify, record and resolve vehicle abnormalities before delivery.
• Coordinate with sales, service, administration and OEM teams to guarantee delivery‑ready status.
• Maintain accurate PDI, arrival inspection and delivery documentation.
• Monitor daily vehicle delivery status and provide precise reports to management.
• Follow up on undelivered vehicles, registration details and pending actions to support delivery planning.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in an automobile dealership environment.
• At least 3 years in a technical role, preferably with buses or commercial vehicles.
• Proven experience in service operations, PDI, workshop coordination or vehicle delivery processes.
