Pediatric Oncology Nurse – Full Time

About the role

The Pediatric Oncology/Hematology & Bone Marrow Transplant unit provides 24‑hour inpatient care for children from birth to 13 years (up to 18 years in some cases). The role involves delivering chemotherapy, radiotherapy and palliative care on a rotating 12‑hour day/night shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide continuous nursing care to pediatric oncology, hematology and BMT patients.
• Administer and monitor chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatments.
• Deliver palliative care and support to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Work 12‑hour shifts covering 176 hours per four‑week period.

Required profile

• Bachelor in Nursing Science or Registered Nurse with current licensure from the country of origin.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience in pediatric oncology.
