People and Culture Trainee

About the role

We are looking for a motivated People and Culture Trainee to join our HR team in Saudi Arabia. You will support day‑to‑day HR operations, help with onboarding and off‑boarding, and contribute to performance and engagement initiatives while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Support daily HR administrative tasks, including documentation and compliance.
• Assist in coordinating onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Track performance review cycles and prepare related reports.
• Support communication and follow‑up for goal‑setting and appraisal processes.
• Help analyse performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Contribute to employee engagement and culture‑building activities.
• Support organisational development projects such as career pathing and salary benchmarking.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and eager to learn.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• General competence with MS Office suite.
