People Experience Partner

About the role

The People Experience Partner will own the end‑to‑end employee experience for Tabby’s Saudi Arabia entity. Working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth fintech environment, you will ensure smooth onboarding, performance management, Saudization planning and strong government relations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate performance and calibration sessions with managers.
• Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle, ensuring timely self‑reviews, manager ratings and milestones.
• Own PIP cases from setup through monthly progress checks to closure.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to plan and monitor Saudization targets, conducting quarterly reviews.
• Lead digital onboarding and off‑boarding workflow adoption and continuous improvement.
• Deliver onboarding sessions and guide new joiners to connect with the business from day one.
• Facilitate exit interviews, turn insights into action plans and improve retention.
• Lead the annual local engagement and recreation calendar with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, preferably in fast‑growth or startup environments.
• Solid knowledge of Saudi labour law, contract types and expatriate management.
• Hands‑on experience with Saudi government relations and related portals.
• Experience planning and executing Saudization initiatives.
