PeopleSoft System Developer

About the role

The PeopleSoft System Developer will support and enhance the existing PeopleSoft environment for Energy Tech, ensuring smooth operation of financial and academic processes. You will work closely with end‑users and functional leads to align system capabilities with organizational policies.

Key responsibilities

• Support current configured and customized PeopleSoft processes.
• Ensure system design allows all components to work together properly.
• Troubleshoot problems reported by users and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with users to configure and fix day‑to‑day data processing requirements.
• Develop and deploy new processes based on user needs.
• Provide plans for system usage extension across multiple campuses or colleges.
• Review and evaluate technical specifications related to technology changes.

Required profile

• Good experience exposing and consuming APIs via PeopleSoft.
• Proven experience integrating Oracle PSCS with non‑Oracle platforms.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes such as invoicing, third‑party contracts and VAT calculation.
• Ability to update system processes in response to organizational policy changes.
