Performance Senior Manager (Business Analytics)

About the role

The Performance Senior Manager will be responsible for driving the overall business performance of HungerStation Market by providing management with the insights, analysis, and recommendations required to make better strategic and operational decisions. The role works closely with senior management and cross‑functional teams such as Commercial, Operations, Finance, Logistics, Product, Marketing and Business Intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Own market performance reporting across financial, commercial, customer and operational metrics and lead weekly and monthly business reviews.
• Monitor performance, identify key drivers and gaps, and recommend corrective actions to senior leadership.
• Lead business forecasting, annual and strategic planning, OKR setting and tracking.
• Support P&L management, build and challenge business cases, and evaluate store expansion investments.
• Conduct deep‑dive analytics on store, customer, commercial, operational and logistics performance.
• Analyze customer acquisition, retention, churn and lifetime value, and evaluate campaign, promotion and pricing effectiveness.
• Optimize pricing, fees, minimum order values, margins and promotions based on ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Logistics, Product, Marketing and BI to translate business priorities into analytical and operational requirements.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in performance management, strategy, management consulting, corporate finance, FP&A, business analytics, e‑commerce or technology.
• Strong experience in business performance management, strategic planning, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and turn complex analysis into clear recommendations.
• Experience in e‑commerce, quick commerce, marketplaces or retail is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or a related field.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Strong SQL skills (preferred).
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker (highly preferred).
