Personal Butler & Housekeeper for UHNWI in Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Personal Butler and Housekeeper to serve a Ultra‑High Net‑Worth Individual (UHNWI) in Riyadh. The role requires delivering world‑class, discreet service while independently managing a private residence. You will be responsible for maintaining impeccable household standards and anticipating the Principal’s needs with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized day‑to‑day support to the Principal, including preparing breakfast, coffee and refreshments.
• Maintain the residence to luxury standards, handling all cleaning, organizing, laundry, ironing, steaming and wardrobe care.
• Manage wardrobes, closets and personal belongings, and pack/unpack for travel.
• Coordinate household contractors, appointments, service providers and wellness professionals.
• Assist with shopping, deliveries, personal errands and travel preparation, both domestic and international.
• Welcome guests and deliver refined hospitality.
• Uphold absolute discretion, confidentiality and professional etiquette at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a private residence, family office, royal household or supporting a UHNWI.
• Professional background as a Butler, Housekeeper, Personal Assistant or in luxury hospitality.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Polished appearance, strong etiquette and the ability to work independently.
• High level of discretion, integrity and confidentiality.
• Flexible schedule with willingness to travel when required.
