Personal Data Protection Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Personal Data Protection Consultant to lead our privacy compliance initiatives. The role involves shaping policies, guiding teams, and ensuring that our data handling meets GDPR and other relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement data protection policies and procedures aligned with GDPR and other applicable laws.
• Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and embed privacy‑by‑design principles into projects and systems.
• Provide guidance and best‑practice advice to business units on data protection requirements.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve the organization’s data protection practices.
• Respond to data subject requests and handle privacy‑related inquiries.
• Design and deliver training and awareness programs on data protection for employees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Security, Data Protection or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in data protection and privacy compliance.
• Professional certification such as CIPP/E, CIPM or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and other data protection frameworks.
• Proven experience conducting DPIAs and applying privacy‑by‑design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
