Personal Trainer – Luxury Wellness Resort

About the role

FAENA The Red Sea is seeking an experienced Personal Trainer to deliver bespoke fitness experiences for guests, including personal training, Tai Chi and EMS‑based sessions. The role combines high‑level service with expert guidance to support guest wellbeing in a luxury resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to determine fitness levels, goals and limitations.
• Design and deliver personalised fitness and wellness programmes, incorporating personal training, Tai Chi and EMS technology.
• Lead training sessions safely, monitoring performance and adapting programmes to maximise results.
• Provide motivation, coaching and education on technique, posture and overall wellness.
• Maintain accurate client records, progress tracking and session documentation.
• Ensure fitness equipment, studios and wellness spaces are clean, organised and well‑maintained.
• Collaborate with the wellness and spa team to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Uphold FAENA grooming, presentation and Forbes luxury service standards at all times.

Required profile

• Certified Personal Trainer qualification.
• Additional certifications in Tai Chi, EMS training or wellness coaching are highly advantageous.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, wellness resort, spa or premium fitness environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science and fitness programming.
