Personal Trainer – Luxury Wellness Resort

About the role

FAENA The Red Sea is seeking an experienced Personal Trainer to join its luxury wellness team. The role involves delivering bespoke fitness sessions, including personal training, Tai Chi, and EMS‑based workouts, ensuring guests enjoy a high‑standard, transformative wellness experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to determine fitness levels, goals and any physical limitations.
• Design and deliver personalized fitness and wellness programmes tailored to each guest.
• Lead personal training sessions, Tai Chi classes and EMS training while maintaining safety and correct technique.
• Monitor client progress, adjust programmes as needed and keep detailed records.
• Motivate, coach and support guests to encourage engagement and repeat visits.
• Educate guests on posture, movement, fitness techniques and overall wellness principles.
• Maintain clean, organized equipment and studio spaces and follow all health, safety and hygiene protocols.
• Collaborate with the spa and wellness teams to enhance the overall guest experience.

Required profile

• Certified Personal Trainer qualification.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, spa or premium fitness environment.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science and fitness programming.
• Additional certifications in Tai Chi, EMS training or wellness coaching are a plus.
