Pest Control Technician

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Pest Control Technician to join an ultra‑luxury private hospitality operation in Saudi Arabia. The role involves conducting inspections, identifying pest activity and implementing treatment programmes while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety and environmental compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular pest‑control inspections across residential, hospitality and operational areas.
• Identify pest species and determine appropriate treatment methods, applying Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles.
• Safely handle, mix, store and apply pest‑control chemicals in line with SDS/MSDS requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, treatments, chemical usage and pest activity.
• Respond promptly to incidents, ensuring treatments cause minimal disruption to guests and operations.
• Maintain equipment, uphold hygiene, health, safety and environmental standards, and report recurring issues to management.

Required profile

• Relevant professional pest‑control experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or high‑end residential environments.
• Strong knowledge of pest identification, treatment methods and Integrated Pest Management.
• Understanding of safe chemical handling, storage, application and SDS/MSDS compliance.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and capacity to work independently.
