About the role

The Tamheer Program offers a structured on‑the‑job training experience for recent pharmacy graduates in Saudi Arabia. Participants will work within medical departments, gaining practical exposure to pharmacy operations while developing professional competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior pharmacists in daily dispensing and medication management tasks.
• Support inventory control, stock verification, and documentation processes.
• Participate in patient counseling under supervision and learn clinical pharmacy practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe medication use.
• Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Not employed or registered with GOSI for the last six months.
• No prior participation in the Tamheer program.
• Strong academic record.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
