Pharmacy Engagement Specialist

About the role

The Pharmacy Engagement Specialist will drive Bausch + Lomb’s consumer portfolio performance across pharmacy channels in Eastern Saudi Arabia. You will build pharmacist advocacy, ensure optimal brand visibility, and execute in‑store activations to increase sell‑out and market share while adhering to compliance guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement in‑pharmacy activities to achieve sales and visibility targets.
• Conduct regular pharmacy visits to drive brand visibility, planogram compliance, and pharmacist recommendations.
• Monitor stock levels, shelf presence, expiry dates and ensure timely product replenishment.
• Execute in‑store activations, campaigns, POS deployment, and distribute educational materials.
• Collect insights from pharmacists and consumers to improve pharmacy‑channel programs.
• Track and report sales performance on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sciences or a related field.
• Valid driving license.
• 1–2 years of sales or field operations experience in healthcare, FMCG or pharmacy channels.
• Proven record in sales execution, territory management and achieving targets.
• Strong networking, relationship‑building, planning, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
