Physical Therapist – Full-time, Riyadh

About the role

This full-time, on-site position is based at Heal Centre for Rehabilitation in Riyadh. The Physical Therapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function and quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct clinical evaluations and create personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, preventive care and home-exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support discharge planning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of care standards within the centre.

Required profile

• Recognized degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent) with valid Saudi licensure or eligibility.
• Clinical care skills in medicine and patient care, with ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in home-care and follow-up programs supporting continuity of care.
• Strong communication skills to educate and motivate diverse patients and families.
• Ability to manage a clinical caseload on-site in Riyadh and ensure compliant documentation.
