PKI Administrator

About the role

The PKI Administrator will work in a highly secure, operationally critical environment supporting public key infrastructure services and digital‑trust operations. You will ensure the reliable issuance, renewal and revocation of digital certificates while maintaining compliance with governance policies.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily PKI operations and administer core PKI services.
• Execute certificate lifecycle activities (issuance, renewal, suspension, revocation) in line with policies.
• Maintain operational logs, audit‑ready documentation and evidence records.
• Operate Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), manage key ceremonies and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Monitor system performance, application logs and service availability; identify and escalate issues.
• Assist with platform changes, upgrades, patching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in incident investigation, remediation and risk escalation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, operations and compliance teams to ensure secure certificate issuance and audit readiness.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure operations, DevOps, cybersecurity operations or application support.
• Strong understanding of PKI concepts, digital certificates and certificate lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of security operations such as access control, monitoring, logging, backup, incident and change management.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
