Planner – Project Scheduling for Biosafety & Cleanrooms

About the role

The Planner will join Masarat for Accreditation in Riyadh to support the planning and execution of biosafety, cleanroom and contamination‑control projects. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that project timelines, resources and budgets meet client expectations and accreditation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with engineers, technical experts and clients to align activities.
• Monitor progress, identify variances and prepare status reports, dashboards and S‑curves.
• Assist in risk assessment, resource allocation and workflow optimisation.
• Document project decisions and maintain accurate planning records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years with a contracting company.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical‑related projects is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Primavera P6 for project planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in preparing weekly, bi‑weekly and monthly project performance reports.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
