Planning & Development Manager

About the role

The Planning & Development Manager will lead the creation and execution of strategic plans that drive growth and operational excellence for Riyadh Cement Company. This role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities, evaluate projects, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to support organisational growth.
• Lead and manage the planning and development team, assigning tasks and overseeing project execution.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and financial models for potential projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project performance against timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate with external partners, consultants, and regulatory bodies as required.
• Present updates, findings, and recommendations to senior management and executive teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and development or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
