Planning Engineer (Bridges)

About the role

The Planning Engineer (Bridges) will manage and optimise the project schedule for bridge construction activities. Using Primavera P6, you will ensure that the programme reflects realistic timelines and supports effective decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, update and monitor detailed bridge construction schedules in Primavera P6.
• Track daily progress, analyse schedule variances and identify critical path activities.
• Develop recovery plans, look‑ahead schedules, S‑curves and progress reports.
• Coordinate with project management and site teams to align activities with approved milestones.
• Provide accurate planning reports to support project control and management decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in bridge or infrastructure construction planning.
• Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) and delay analysis.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and communicate schedule information clearly.
