Planning Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to join our Jeddah office. The role focuses on creating, reviewing and maintaining project schedules while leveraging data‑visualisation tools to support decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and control detailed construction schedules for multiple projects.
• Conduct schedule reviews and provide critical path analysis.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Manage project data, perform data cleansing and build automated reports with Excel, Power Query and PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with project management consultancy (PMC) teams to ensure alignment with contractual milestones.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in planning or scheduling, preferably within the construction sector.
• 2‑3 years of PMC experience.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Available to start within one month.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
