Play Attendant – Kids Club

About the role

Join the vibrant Kids Club team at Jumeirah The Red Sea as a Play Attendant, creating a safe, fun and educational environment for young guests. You will engage children in a variety of activities while ensuring their wellbeing throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver dynamic recreational and educational programmes, including arts & crafts, science experiments and group games.
• Provide personalized childcare support, offering comfort and safety for children separated from their parents.
• Supervise all activities, maintaining a controlled environment and promptly addressing conflicts or behavioural issues.
• Administer first aid, manage injuries, complete incident reports and keep parents informed.
• Handle cash transactions and manage inventory for consumables and merchandise.

Required profile

• Higher Secondary School certificate or equivalent local qualification.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong verbal and non‑verbal communication skills with children.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking).
