Plumber – Engineering (5‑Star Hotel)

About the role

An opportunity has arisen for a Plumber – Engineering to join the Jumeirah Jabal Omar hotel, a 5‑star property located minutes from Masjid Al Haram in the Holy City of Makkah. The role involves maintaining all plumbing infrastructure to ensure guest comfort and operational reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on water supply lines, drainage systems, pumps, water heaters and sanitation fixtures.
• Inspect and repair leaks, clogs and malfunctions in guest rooms, public areas and service zones.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests related to plumbing issues.
• Install, replace and maintain fixtures such as faucets, sinks, toilets, showers and valves.
• Maintain and service water filtration, softening and treatment systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of plumbing experience in a luxury 5‑star property.
• Secondary education required; vocational certification or trade qualification preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing and building safety systems.
• Basic computer literacy.
