PMO Head

About the role

Coorbiz is seeking a dynamic PMO Head to lead its Project Management Office and ensure the successful delivery of innovative finance‑focused products. You will work closely with the executive board and cross‑functional teams to align project goals with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the executive board to highlight key action items, project priorities, and progress updates.
• Ensure alignment between project goals and organizational strategy through effective communication and reporting.
• Participate as a core member of the strategy team, contributing to long‑term organizational planning.
• Develop and deploy automated systems (e.g., MS Power Platform) to track performance of over 60 projects using KPIs.
• Oversee the integration of Agile practices across all projects and lead a team of Agile Ambassadors.
• Maintain the integrity of project management methodologies and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management or PMO leadership.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
