PMO Manager – Industrial Manufacturing Project

About the role

Earth Reservoir for Oil & Gas (EROG) is looking for an experienced PMO Manager to lead the Project Management Office for a new industrial manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia. The role will oversee project planning, coordination across multiple workstreams, and ensure delivery aligns with schedule, budget and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and run the Project Management Office for the manufacturing project.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, milestones and reporting systems.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, legal, licensing, finance, construction, procurement and operations.
• Track deliverables, action items, risks and critical decisions.
• Prepare executive dashboards, progress reports and presentations for senior management.
• Facilitate project meetings, document minutes and follow‑up actions.
• Monitor performance against approved schedules and budgets.
• Support contractor, consultant and supplier coordination.
• Maintain project documentation, records and governance processes.
• Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, PMO or project controls on large industrial, manufacturing, energy or infrastructure projects.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Preferred: PMP certification and experience with greenfield industrial projects in Saudi Arabia.
