PMO – Treasury Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced PMO professional to join a leading bank in Riyadh. The role focuses on Treasury‑related projects, system implementation and transformation initiatives, requiring strong coordination across finance and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling and tracking of milestones, deliverables, dependencies and timelines.
• Prepare status reports, project dashboards and governance documentation for steering committees.
• Manage multiple vendors and workstreams throughout system implementation and cut‑over phases.
• Maintain RAID logs, risk registers and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across Treasury, Capital Markets and IT teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in PMO / Project Management within Banking or Financial Services.
• Mandatory PMP certification.
• Hands‑on experience with Treasury projects and IT/system implementation.
• Background in Capital Markets and managing multi‑vendor environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
