Pool Attendant

About the role

The Pool Attendant is a key member of the recreation team at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, ensuring guests enjoy safe and pleasant pool, beach, and leisure facilities. You will act as the first point of contact for guests, providing information, assistance, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guests with information about pool, beach, fitness, and entertainment facilities.
• Register, schedule, and encourage participation in recreation activities.
• Enforce safety rules and respond to emergencies according to local procedures.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions and cashier duties for equipment rentals and facility fees.
• Assist with private functions and group events held in recreation areas.
• Offer first‑aid support to injured guests until emergency services arrive.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of pools, equipment, and surrounding areas.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.

Required profile

• Excellent customer‑service orientation and professional appearance.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours in a resort environment.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning and safety duties.
