Portfolio Manager – Investments

About the role

The Portfolio Manager – Investments will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s investment portfolio, evaluating new opportunities, and guiding buy, hold, sell and capital allocation decisions. The role combines rigorous investment analysis, financial modelling, valuation and due diligence to drive value creation across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the performance of the investment portfolio.
• Conduct investment analysis, financial modelling, valuation, feasibility studies and due diligence.
• Assess returns, risks and value‑creation potential of each investment.
• Develop recommendations on buy, hold, sell, exit and capital allocation.
• Prepare investment memoranda, business cases and Investment Committee presentations.
• Support acquisitions, divestments, structuring, partnerships and exit strategies.
• Identify portfolio optimisation and value‑creation opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, portfolio companies, fund managers, investors and external advisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, FMVA, CME, MBA are a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in portfolio or investment management, private equity, asset management, corporate investments, real‑estate or principal investments.
• Proven track record of managing or monitoring investment portfolios.
