Portfolio Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

EVA Pharma is seeking a passionate Portfolio Manager to lead the Saudi cluster pipeline, aligning it with global business goals and driving growth in the pharmaceutical market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to optimise the Saudi cluster pipeline in line with global objectives.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, trends and risks, acting as a sparring partner for the Cluster Head.
• Ensure alignment of pipeline, commercial structure and sales‑force activities.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations for portfolio adjustments via a product wish‑list.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Pricing, Regulatory, Trade) to reflect commercial interests in project forecasts.
• Own the cluster T+5 launch plan, accelerating delivery of priority projects such as Patex and first‑to‑market initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences or Pharmacy; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 5‑7 years of experience in the Saudi pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, including at least 2 years in portfolio management or related strategy roles.
• Proven track record managing Gx product portfolios in the market.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with IQVIA data analysis tools.
• Experience using CRM systems.
