Pre-Qualification & Prescription Manager – Utilities

About the role

Oversee pre‑qualification processes and prescription activities for power and water projects, leading a team to ensure compliance and high standards in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the formulation and implementation of Power & Water sales strategies, plans and processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of document approvals, modifications and requirements from end users and consultants.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with local and international end users, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Monitor marketing and sales plan performance, report progress to top management and recommend corrective actions.
• Implement the pre‑qualification strategy, set objectives, manage performance and motivate the team.
• Coordinate power and water product solutions across Alfanar’s units to ensure a cohesive market presence.
• Conduct market research, customer visits and forecast short‑ and long‑term market potential for the Saudi power and water sectors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory standards while providing comprehensive support to local clients.

Required profile

• Proven ability to recruit, develop and manage high‑performing teams and address low performance effectively.
• Strong decision‑making skills, proactive problem anticipation and timely execution.
• Experience in translating corporate goals into actionable business plans and monitoring their performance.
• Capability to develop organizational structures, job descriptions and drive process improvements.
