Presales Engineer – Low Current, Security & ICT Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Presales Engineer to join our Dammam office. The successful candidate will support low‑current, security, ICT and SAIS solutions by preparing technical proposals, system designs and cost estimates for client enquiries and tenders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer requirements and design integrated low‑current and security solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, bills of quantities and cost estimates.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations and solution overviews to clients and consultants.
• Support pre‑ and post‑bid discussions, providing clarification on technical aspects.
• Coordinate with sales teams, vendors and internal engineering to ensure compatibility, quality and compliance with standards.

Required profile

• Strong presales and sales experience, including requirements analysis and bid support.
• Hands‑on technical support and integration experience in low‑current, security, ICT and SAIS systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Communications, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and bills of quantities.
• Effective communication in English; Arabic is a plus.

• CCTV, access control and intrusion detection systems.
• ICT infrastructure and basic networking.
• AutoCAD (advantage) and MS Office.
