About the role
Saipem is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Specialist to join its engineering team. The role focuses on applying preventive maintenance practices to ensure reliable operation of plant equipment within the energy sector.
Key responsibilities
- Execute preventive maintenance activities on plant systems in accordance with established procedures.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify maintenance needs.
- Document maintenance actions and report findings.
Required profile
- Engineering graduate, preferably in Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechanical engineering.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership, self‑starting attitude and ability to motivate others.
Required skills
- Preventive maintenance of plant equipment.
