Principal Project Manager – Industry Solutions

About the role

As a Principal Project Manager in Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery, you will guide customers across the Middle East—particularly in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait—to adopt artificial intelligence and Microsoft cloud technologies. You will partner with both customers and internal teams to align business goals, technical solutions, and change plans from initiation through rollout, turning strategic ambitions into measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end solution deliveries for strategic customers, ensuring secure, high‑quality execution from design through adoption.
• Lead project initiation and planning for large, complex engagements, defining scope, work breakdown structures, resource alignment, and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee contracting activities with partners, including candidate selection, delivery acceptance, invoicing, and compliance.
• Monitor performance, quality, risk, and financial metrics; proactively address issues and drive recovery actions.
• Build trusted relationships with senior customer and internal stakeholders, lead governance forums, and communicate project health and value realization.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing complex technology projects, including cloud migration and AI transformation initiatives.
• Proven financial accountability for project budgets, forecasting, and overall performance.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence Director‑level and senior leadership.
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI‑ACP, PSM‑1 or other Agile/Scrum credentials, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
