Principal Software Engineer

About the role

Lead development teams to design and deliver enterprise‑grade software solutions while shaping client technology strategies and mentoring their teams. Work across industries, influence C‑level decisions, and become a leading expert in cutting‑edge technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple development teams, define short‑ and long‑term technology strategies, and partner with cross‑functional teams to solve complex business challenges.
• Architect, design, and deliver enterprise‑grade software solutions, establishing metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment and success.
• Mentor client teams on best practices, Agile methodologies, and engineering culture.

Required profile

• 8+ years of software development and architecture experience with a proven track record of delivering effective solutions.
• Active involvement in the tech community (open‑source contributions, speaking, blogging, etc.).
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to adapt style to different seniority levels.

Required skills

• JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, jQuery, Java (Spring), C#.NET, Node.js.
• SQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, cloud‑native databases.
• AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Jenkins, CircleCI, Travis CI.
• Experience with code refactoring, design patterns, continuous integration, test‑driven development, and unit testing frameworks (Karma, JUnit, NUnit, MSTest).
