Principal Solutions Consultant

About the role

Searce is looking for a Principal Solutions Consultant to lead AI‑powered transformation initiatives for strategic clients in Saudi Arabia. You will own revenue and outcomes, acting as a forward‑deployed solver who drives end‑to‑end engagements from discovery to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic client accounts and be accountable for revenue and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead the full lifecycle of AI and cloud‑based solution projects, from initial engagement through successful execution.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define, design, and implement transformative solutions that challenge the status quo.
• Maintain 100% responsibility for solution proposals, deal closure, and realized outcomes.
• Apply a process‑first mindset to ensure scalable, repeatable delivery models.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of experience in technology consulting or solutions engineering.
• Proven track record of driving revenue‑generating, outcome‑focused engagements with C‑level stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with strong consultative selling abilities and a passion for building innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, combined with a collaborative and experimental mindset.
