Principal Strategist, Inspire Value

About the role

ServiceNow is hiring a Principal Strategist for its Inspire Value role in Riyadh. The position combines customer advisory, sales and customer success support, and thought leadership, advising executives on digital transformation and helping shape account strategy across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Engage executives to define and manage custom, industry-aligned digital transformation advisory engagements at select customers, applying ServiceNow methodologies
• Run discovery workshops with prospective and existing customer leadership to understand goals and challenges
• Document and present insights and recommended solutions, including multi-year roadmaps and the full business case
• Advise executives in 1:1 and 1-to-many settings
• Work with sales and customer success to set account plans and sales strategy, and to assess and prioritize accounts
• Provide full-lifecycle business outcome and value realization advice
• Identify and lead the creation of new intellectual property such as best practices, white papers and workshops, and improve current methods and frameworks
• Enable ServiceNow teams on a business consulting approach to sales

Required profile

• 10+ years of relevant experience as a management consultant with exposure to cloud technologies, or as a customer-facing strategy manager with a technology vendor
• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making or problem-solving, such as using AI-powered tools, automating workflows or analysing AI-driven insights
• Executive or leadership experience on digital transformation projects or enterprise software deployments preferred
• Experience in a major industry such as FSI, Telco, Manufacturing or Retail preferred
• Ability to develop C-level relationships and simplify complex topics for audiences
• Experience with public speaking, meeting facilitation and whiteboarding
• Deep customer connections in the region and ability to travel up to 40% of the time
• Fluent in Arabic and English
